5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (structure, text, graphics, logos, icons, screenshots, software, databases, etc.) are the exclusive property of own2pwn or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of own2pwn.

Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability

own2pwn cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Site, nor for indirect damage (loss of market, loss of a chance) resulting from use of the Site.

Important: the tools and reports produced by own2pwn products (EASM, AI-Native AppSec) are an aid to security analysis. They do not exempt the user from a human review by a qualified professional before any critical decision (remediation, production deployment, publication). The user remains solely responsible for how they use the results provided.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other sites. own2pwn exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any liability for their content.

Creating hyperlinks to the Site requires the prior written authorisation of own2pwn.
